Hey Rogues,
Just a random minor update that I thought I should inform you about to prevent confusion:
The Rubber Boots item is now a Mount type item and should be equipped on the Mount Slot. This will allow you to wear it without losing the stats and effects of an accessory. Since its a Mount type, it no longer blocks water and lightning elements. Like other Mounts, it is used for reaching certain locations in the map.
